It was a pleasure to do business with you; from the initial phone call through Dean’s initial visit and finally to the arrival of the team doing the work, all of your guys were professional, courteous and friendly around the house.

Not only did they turn up on time – a rarity in itself – but they tidied up after themselves and recognized that as well as their workplace, this is my home.

The quality of the work, and value for money, is exceptional. I live on a busy main road and the sound deadening in the front facing kitchen and sitting room is amazing…short of a police siren or a heavy goods vehicle I can hardly hear the A2 at all…and the silence in the bedroom is eerie…Above all your guys have completely restored a French window in the dining room which was more rot than wood. It now looks virtually as good as new.

In my industry we talk about “surprise and delight” features…When I got home at the weekend, the guys had also done 2 little jobs around the house, which had been on my to do list for months – they nailed down a piece of skirting board and screwed a loose door handle back into the door. I didn’t ask them to do this, they just did it – which again illustrated the customer focus of the team.

In summary…a fantastic job, thank you. I don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago
