We don’t wish to mislead you. We are not perfect and, occasionally we do have problems. Sometimes we let our customers down, either because of illness or because we make mistakes. However, we are not dishonest. If we make a mistake we will be open about it. We won’t hide from our responsibilities and we will put things right.
