Decorating your new windows
Timber windows that are maintained regularly with good quality paint, will last for years. So, to ensure you get the very best from your newly refurbished windows, it is important that all joinery repairs are fully decorated within 6 weeks of completion of the repair work.
When we make and fit new double glazed sashes and new windows, we paint them with a microporous paint system in our workshops prior to installation. However, much of the work that we undertake is restoration of existing windows and, although we always apply a primer base in preparation for painting, we don't undertake paint work on customers' premises.
We can recommend reputable decorators should you need them.
